About

Anna Sullivan is a CPG marketer, agency founder, and brand builder based in Greensboro, North Carolina, where I live with my partner and our two dogs.

I’ve spent the last 15 years working in social media marketing for CPG brands, helping companies grow through thoughtful strategy, strong creative, and culturally relevant content. In 2015, I founded The Creative Exchange, a social media agency focused on building standout brands in crowded consumer categories. In 2020, I launched No Revisions, a second agency designed to support startups and small businesses with scrappy, effective marketing.

Alongside agency work, I’ve stepped fully into the brand side as a founder. Driven by my love for matcha and years of experience in social media, I launched Littlefoot Matcha, a CPG brand rooted in community, creativity, and intentional growth.

Before settling in North Carolina, I lived in New York City, where I grew my agency and worked with brands across the country. I also spent two years traveling full-time — an experience that continues to shape how I think about culture, storytelling, and brand-building.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me traveling, hopping between coffee shops, or hunting for vintage sports tees to resell.
